Cookies and browser storage
General content pages do not set cookies or use local storage or session storage. The menu, animation and project-brief composer operate without saving visitor preferences. On the support-payment flow, a necessary first-party session cookie named ICON_SUPPORT links the visitor to a server-side session and protects payment requests. It is HttpOnly, Secure in production, SameSite=Lax and limited to the /api/ path. It is a browser-session cookie; browsers that restore sessions may retain it until cleared. It is not used for advertising.
Analytics and advertising
No analytics service, advertising pixel, behavioural tracking or visitor-profiling script is included. The website does not embed social media widgets, third-party maps or videos. Its visual assets and styles are served locally with the site.
Links to other websites
Amazon and Helpygram links open external websites only when selected. Continuing to payment opens Mollie’s hosted checkout, which may use its own cookies for payment and fraud prevention. Those websites may use their own cookies and other technologies. Their own policies and controls apply.
Email and clipboard actions
The project-brief composer only prepares text. Opening an email app or copying a draft is a visitor-initiated action. Your email application and operating system manage that information according to their settings. See the Privacy Policy.
Hosting and future changes
Hosting or security infrastructure can introduce separate processing that is not part of the page code. If cookies, analytics or embedded services are introduced, the notice and any necessary controls must be updated before they are used.
