This website is operated by ICON CONSULTING GmbH, Schifflände 26, 8001 Zürich, Switzerland. These terms explain the intended use of the website. They do not replace an individually agreed service contract or any mandatory rights.
2. Information and enquiries
Descriptions of services and concepts are general information and an invitation to enquire. An email or a prepared brief does not by itself create an engagement, confidentiality agreement or obligation to deliver work. Scope, responsibilities, fees, timing, revision rounds and usage rights are agreed separately in writing.
3. Concept studies
Unless expressly stated otherwise, portfolio entries are independent concept studies. They are not evidence of commissioned, approved, funded or constructed developments. Illustrations, scales, technical annotations and dates within source artwork may be speculative. Proposed benefits are intentions, not measured results or guarantees.
4. Professional boundaries
ICON’s conceptual and strategic work does not replace licensed architecture, engineering, legal, tax or regulated financial services. Technical feasibility, safety, planning permission and specialist professional obligations require appropriate qualified assessment. Nothing on this site is an invitation to invest or a promise of approval, funding or commercial results.
5. Intellectual property and permitted use
You may view the website and refer to it for legitimate information purposes. Reproduction, distribution or commercial reuse of protected materials requires permission unless permitted by applicable law. Rights in third-party materials remain with their owners. Rights in commissioned deliverables are determined in the written engagement agreement.
6. Material you send
Please provide only information you are entitled to share. Begin with a non-confidential summary. Contact ICON to arrange any required confidentiality agreement and a suitable exchange method before sharing sensitive materials.
7. Third-party websites and purchases
External links are provided for convenience. Amazon purchases and use of Helpygram take place on the relevant external service and are governed by the terms presented there. ICON does not process book purchases through this website. Voluntary company-support payments are handled under the separate Support Terms.
8. Accuracy and availability
The site is maintained with care, but material can change and uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Please verify information relevant to a decision directly with ICON. These terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
